Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing meeting materials.
Assist with the preparation and submission of client proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks in the CRM system.
Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably in the financial services industry.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
