I.) Overall Responsibilities
* Assists Food & Beverage in all aspects of Administrative Tasks.
* Ensures accurate administration of all invoices and adherence to proper bookkeeping procedures.
* Receiving and closing Purchase Orders in BirchStreet. Manage of problems with suppliers (delivery notes, rebates, search for new items or lower cost substitutes).
* Match item amount / price with order guide in BirchStreet
* Maintains inventory controls for proper pricing on inventory sheets, Use Records, costing sheets etc.
* Record items, batch, date, and delivery note numbers, traceability of kitchen delivery notes. According to Spanish Health Authorities and Brand-Standard.
* Assist with the time and attendance control in workday for F&B
* Interacts with outlet staff/management and vendors.
* Maintain control on specials offers, discounts, sales promotions, breakfast rate included.
* Prepares letters, memos and other documents using Microsoft Office, database, or presentation software.
* POS system Pit stop to order the new buttons or menu updates for squirrel, VAT (IVA) control, EID issues.
II.) Job Qualifications
* Strong organizational skills.
* Professional who takes initiative, can work with little supervision.
* In position of "Carnet de Manipuladores de Alimentos".
* Be a good team player.
* Working knowledge of Spanish and English.
* Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and food specifications.
* Above average computer proficiency.
* Good negotiation skills and personal integrity.
* High School Diploma or equivalent, College degree preferred
III.) Essential Job Functions
* Spot check that all entering goods from vendors are in accordance with Local Authorities, Marriott's sanitation, and quality standards.
* Ensure F&B associates are following the proper food handling and storage procedures.
* Ensures F&B associates are following proper hygiene and cleanliness off all food areas.
* Be knowledgeable of C-7 sheet and spillage sheet.
* Coordinate F&B inventory taken for accounting closings.
* Attended Accounting department monthly meetings.
* Attended F&B Meetings and assists in conducting them.
* Demonstrates self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm.
* Presents ideas, expectations, and information in a concise, well-organized way.

* Maintains the confidentiality of proprietary materials and information.
* Protects the privacy and security of guests and co-workers.
* Follows company and department policies and procedures.
* Ensures uniform, name tag, and personal appearance are clean, hygienic, professional, and comply with company policies and procedures.
* Performs other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
Communication
* Answers phones using proper etiquette, including answering the phone within 3 rings, answering with a smile in voice, using caller's name, transferring calls to the appropriate person/department, requesting permission before putting the caller on hold, taking and relaying messages, and allow the caller to end the call.
* Speak to guests and co-workers using clear, appropriate, and professional language.
* Prepares and reviews written documents (e.g., journal records, business letters, memoranda, reports), including reviewing and editing written information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Communicates efficiently with others to exchange information effectively.

* Report work-related accidents or other injuries immediately to the manager/supervisor.
* Follows company and department safety and security policies and procedures to ensure a clean, safe and secure environment.
