Job Description: Support and Data Management Team Member
Join our team to contribute to payroll, data management, and customer service activities, ensuring accurate and timely output. Your responsibilities may focus on payroll and/or customer services, with flexibility to support either as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support payroll processes to meet processing calendars and KPIs.
* Ensure data management tasks are performed accurately and on time.
* Respond to tickets and calls within SLA timescales and maintain high standards.
* Follow Detailed Working Instructions (DWIs) and report any gaps or inconsistencies.
* Utilize systems and tools effectively for daily tasks.
* Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
* Complete all learning objectives successfully.
* Report system issues/defects with necessary details and evidence for investigation.
* Accurately record time and adhere to NGA Security Standards.
* Participate in team meetings and raise issues promptly.
* Stay updated with all NGA HR announcements.
* Participate in and support projects as assigned.
Performance Monitoring Criteria:
* Adherence to security and compliance procedures.
* Achieve 100% of customer SLA agreements.
* Maintain quality standards.
* Demonstrate professionalism and responsibility.
Professional and Job Experience:
* Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Flexibility to support a global, fast-paced environment.
* Attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal skills in French and English.
* Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
Educational Requirements:
* High School diploma or equivalent.
Preferred but Not Required:
* Experience in customer service or HR/payroll data handling.
