Travel management. /lili Database maintenance: adding, removing, and updating the services contracted by the client. /lili Process documents or internal or external communications in the company#39;s informtion circuits. /lili Prepare documents and communications. /lili Classify, record and file communications and documents according to the appropriate techniques and the parameters established by the company. /lili Support in the management of business processing processes in relation to the commercial, financial, and accounting areas of the company, according to the administrative processes and procedures applying current regulations and in conditions of safety and quality. /lili Attend to employees, deal with incidents and claims through different channels: telephone, email, personally, etc. /lili Support in the different needs of other departments. /li /ul p✅ b Requirements /b /pulli Fluent English - C1 /lili Proven experience in Front and Back Office positions. /lili Knowledge of office invoices, billing, etc. /lili Office365. /lili Versatile to adopt different functions within the administration and reception department. /lili Resolution capacity, desire to learn and work as a team. /lili Availability of flexible hours in the user service slot (8 - 18). /lili Presential work model. /li /ul
