We are seeking a Data Strategy & Governance Lead to partner with RED on an ongoing SAP S/4HANA implementation programme.
The role is contract‑based, hybrid with 3 days on site in Madrid and 2 days remote, starting ASAP. Candidates must be based in Spain, preferably Madrid, and be able to start before Christmas.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and evolve the data strategy for the SAP S/4HANA implementation.
* Deliver c‑level presentations and engage stakeholders to ensure delivery.
* Drive data strategy implementation and foster adoption across the wider business.
* Collaborate with system integrators and other partners.
Qualifications & Requirements
* 5+ years of experience developing and owning data strategies for SAP/ERP implementations.
* 10+ years of overall experience with SAP and non‑SAP data.
* Strong business‑facing experience, including stakeholder engagement and data strategy adoption.
* Excellent English communication skills.
* Pharmaceutical industry experience is an advantage.
