Minimum Requirements
* 7+ years of work experience in digital marketing.
* Passionate about developing creative customer journeys and loyalty programs that drive loyalty and lifetime value.
* Experience working with Klaviyo (or similar ESPs), including list segmentation, lifecycle drip automations, and triggered events. Knowledge of Shopify and tech stack options such as Privy, JustUno, Yotpo, Octane AI, etc.
* Developed SMS and loyalty programming strategies, with experience working with platforms like Attentive, PostScript, SMSBump, or Klaviyo.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks for yourself, your team, and clients.
* Dedication to learning and staying on the cutting edge of trends in DTC marketing.
* Experience developing and executing customer loyalty programs that enhance LTV.
* Previous experience with direct reports and strong leadership skills working with cross-functional teams.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly.
Day in the Life
* Serve as the senior point of contact for clients, developing retention strategies and meeting regularly to discuss initiatives.
* Support and guide Retention Specialists in data analysis, strategy development, and reporting.
* Project manage and delegate tasks to your team, reviewing all client briefs and designs before approval.
* Coordinate with Performance Marketing and Strategy teams to develop cohesive campaigns.
* Report on KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to grow retention, engagement, and revenue.
* Implement automation, flow logic, pop-up builds, and app integrations.
