Role Overview
Reporting to our Chief Global Customer Officer, the successful candidate should have proven experience in key account sales and connections with large CPG retailers and suppliers.
The ideal candidate will have experience in CPG, Retail, and Professional Services, using data-driven insights and advisory capabilities to foster growth. Experience in sales and client management within service industries is advantageous.
Responsibilities
* Lead organizational, sales, and client service initiatives for Advantage Global.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with CPG clients, ensuring they gain value from our services and advocate for Advantage.
* Meet sales and profit targets for the client portfolio and pursue new business opportunities.
* Coordinate with Commercial, Market, and Finance teams to align with business strategies, including financial reporting and budgeting.
* Collaborate across functions to meet client needs and develop proposals.
* Negotiate effectively to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
* Support market leaders in developing client collaborations globally and locally.
* Enhance the Advantage brand through industry presence and thought leadership.
Location & Travel
Preferably based in Europe (Spain, France, UK, Netherlands, Germany). This role is remote, with travel to client sites, Toronto office visits, and industry events as needed.
