Job Description:
Intracon Consulting is a 360º HR consultancy office made up of expert professionals in this field, with more than 10 years of experience with clients such as Hewlett-Packard (HP). The company is part of Intracon Spain, along with Intracon Marketing Solutions: a global agency that helps B2B companies achieve their goals with creative Marketing and Sales solutions.
We are looking for a Marketing Admin & Analytics Support to join our team and provide support to the marketing and strategy teams for PWP product (PageWide Press) of one of our main clients, the multinational technology company HP (Hewlett-Packard).
This role will play a crucial part in maintaining and improving the quote generation process, managing part number requests, and providing essential support for various projects, including quotation, cost consolidation, GAP and deal capture analysis, among others.
About the role:
Work model: Hybrid (initial training period face-to-face, then about 2 days per week in the office)
Location: Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona)
Project’s Length: Temporary full-time collaboration for about 1 year, with high possibility to be extendable.
Main responsibilities:
* Excel Quotation (about 40%): Generate 3-5 quotes per week using Excel. Ensure accurate reception, creation, and storage of quotes in SharePoint. Develop an Excel database to track all quotes, including acceptance status, enabling statistical analysis.
* Part Number Requests (about 20%): Initiate 1–2-part number requests per week via Prompt tool. Collaborate with 3rd Party/Partners to acquire part numbers for solutions, specific parts, kits, or upgrades.
* Project Support (about 40%): Assist in creating generic part numbers for efficient quoting. Consolidate costs received to facilitate comparison across periods. Contribute to building a database of configurations and fees for accurate quoting. Extract and analyze data from software for deal and GAP analysis.
Background & Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
* +2 years’ experience in similar roles.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Fluent in English, willing to work across time zones.
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, SharePoint) and familiar with project management and analytics tools.
