* SEO
* Revise, edit, proofread & optimize web content
* Work with cross-functionally to enhance overall user experience of our platforms
* Own various design tasks involved in the web development life cycle from start to finish
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science
* At least 1 - 2 years' of experience using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
* Proficiency in at least one server-side technology (Java, PHP, NodeJS, Python, Ruby)
* Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Oasis Premium Recovery & Sea Recovery are high-end wellness and recovery brands serving an international, high-net-worth clientele. We are seeking an experienced Web Developer to build, maintain, and continuously improve our digital ecosystem and SEO, ensuring a secure, elegant, high-performance web presence aligned with luxury healthcare standards.
The Web Developer will be responsible for developing and optimizing our website(s), landing pages, SEO and digital tools to support marketing, client education, lead generation, and brand credibility—while maintaining strict confidentiality, compliance, and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Website Development & Maintenance
* SEO
* Develop, maintain, and optimize the Oasis Premium Recovery website and related digital assets.
* Ensure exceptional performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility .
* Implement clean, scalable, and well-documented front-end and back-end code.
* Manage CMS platforms (primarily WordPress, including custom themes and plugins).
UX, Design & Brand Consistency
* Translate brand guidelines into a luxury, minimalist, user-centric digital experience .
* Collaborate with marketing and design teams to implement high-end UI/UX solutions.
* Ensure intuitive navigation for international users (multi-language readiness).
SEO, Performance & Conversion
* Implement technical SEO best practices (site speed, schema, indexing, structured data).
* Optimize landing pages for conversion (forms, CTAs, funnels).
* Ensure Core Web Vitals and Lighthouse scores meet premium performance benchmarks.
Security, Privacy & Compliance
* Implement and maintain strong security practices (SSL, firewall, backups, updates).
* Ensure GDPR compliance, cookie management, and data protection best practices.
* Maintain confidentiality standards appropriate for wellness and recovery clients.
Integrations & Automation
* Integrate third-party tools (CRM, analytics, booking forms, email marketing platforms).
* Support marketing automation and lead tracking systems.
* Assist with development of interactive tools (e.g., self-assessment quizzes, gated content).
Ongoing Improvement & Support
* Monitor website analytics and propose data-driven improvements.
* Troubleshoot bugs, performance issues, and user experience bottlenecks.
* Provide ongoing technical support to internal teams.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
* Strong proficiency in SEO, web analytics, and performance optimization tools
* Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP
* Advanced experience with WordPress (custom themes, plugins, performance optimization)
* Experience with security best practices and GDPR-compliant implementations
* Version control (Git)
Nice to Have
* Experience in luxury brands, healthcare, wellness, or recovery services
* Knowledge of multilingual websites (WPML / Polylang)
* Basic understanding of CRO, UX psychology, and high-trust digital environments
* Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Canva)
