Job Description :
You are responsible for analyzing, advising, and optimizing customer processes to ensure their needs are accurately captured and effectively addressed. You will support our clients in identifying their goals and guide them through implementation. Working closely with project managers and programmers, you will ensure clear communication and successful project delivery.
Responsibilities :
1. Problem identification and analysis
2. Analyzing and evaluating solutions proposed by customers
3. Process consulting and optimization
4. Documentation of solutions in the form of “UseCases” and “Tasks” and handover to programmers
5. Weekly project updates to the customer (without budget)
6. Budget reporting to the project manager
7. Escalation of showstoppers and delays reported to the project manager
8. Conducting mentoring and scoping meetings
9. Customer communication and project monitoring
Qualifications :
* Extensive knowledge of Autodesk products
* In-depth knowledge of the production and manufacturing industries
* Ability to think “outside of the box” and evaluate solutions considering the budget
* Confident demeanor and strong communication skills
* Ability to ask the right questions and actively listen
* Scripting skills (optional)
* Language skills: English and German
