1. Maximize boutique performance by achieving sales targets and strategic objectives.
2. Provide expert advice to clients, ensuring exceptional service aligned with company standards.
3. Enhance sales techniques, expand brand and product knowledge, and improve customer service skills.
4. Advise clients to ensure high-quality service following Montblanc standards.
5. Maintain respectful relationships with colleagues to support boutique operations.
6. Ensure product safety and adhere to brand and boutique guidelines.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Handle sales processes according to client type.
2. Advise clients and ensure their satisfaction.
3. Manage customer relations, including agreements and services, per brand standards.
4. Communicate with clients via mailings, VIP events, and calls.
5. Expand the customer database with relevant information.
6. Resolve customer complaints with the ABM.
7. Maintain brand presentation standards, including personal appearance and boutique displays.
8. Implement marketing campaigns and participate in events.
9. Ensure smooth boutique operations in colleagues' absence.
10. Perform cash register and warehouse tasks as needed.
11. Process all sales accurately in the system.
12. Manage product inventory and shipments to prevent losses.
13. Provide information for reports and participate in team meetings and training.
14. Respect deadlines for labor-related communications.
Job Requirements / Pre-requisites :
1. Basic Education: Commercial maturity.
2. Specific Knowledge: Knowledge of the product and brand.
3. Professional Experience: At least one year in relevant sales roles.
4. Complementary training: Sales techniques.
