Job Description:
The Sales Representative is responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of clients and/or end users in the area. Responsibilities include evaluating market conditions and customer needs, planning orders, resolving issues to meet business objectives, and achieving profitability and payment goals. The role involves managing all sales activities to ensure the timely and effective implementation of objectives, improving customer relations, and involving other departments as needed.
Key duties include managing customer relationships, negotiating agreements, implementing marketing and commercial actions, handling incidents and complaints in collaboration with Customer Service, ensuring on-time deliveries, managing logistics, and planning actions for business development. The representative will manage provinces: Badajoz, Cáceres, Córdoba, and C.Real.
They will also focus on achieving volume and profitability targets, implementing trade policies, setting goals per account, and executing promotional plans. The role requires providing market and competitive intelligence, supporting customer strategic planning, and ensuring the effective promotion and distribution of products. The representative must also coordinate with other departments to implement promotional and marketing activities and contribute to market intelligence and strategic planning.
