**What you will do**
- Monitoring and reporting to customers / Customer Service and commercial area of the different incidents that may occur from the entry of an order until its physical delivery.
- Assignment of reasons in SAP for the different incidences of the orders.
- Elaboration / monitoring and follow-up of supplier service indicators
- Analysis of customer penalties
- Execution of product availability validation process of orders
- Support in transport management tasks

**What we are looking for**
- Three years’ experience in a similar position.
- Experience in SAP with planning or supply chain modules.
- Good excel skills.
- Intermediate English level
- Methodic and systematic.
- Initiative and proactivity.
- Teamwork.
- Good reaction time in case of emergencies.
- Problem solving skills.
- Relational and communication skills.
- Learning capacity.
