Job Description
We are seeking an Accounting Administrative professional to join our Finance and Administration team at Applus+ IDIADA on a TEMPORARY basis. This role will be part of our accounting department, supporting day-to-day financial operations with a strong focus on customer accounts, billing, and collections.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process and record customer invoices in our ERP system (SAP)
2. Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoice issuance and payment tracking
3. Monitor and follow up on customer payments to ensure timely collections
4. Perform administrative tasks specific to the accounting department, particularly related to customer billing cycles
5. Coordinate with customers and internal sales teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues
6. Support the team with general accounting operations and documentation management
Qualifications
Education:
7. Vocational Training (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior) in Administration and Finance or equivalent
Experience:
8. Proven experience in administrative roles specifically in customer accounts, billing, and collections
9. Proven hands-on experience managing accounts receivable, customer invoicing, and payment collection processes
10. Previous experience working with SAP ERP system.
Languages
11. English: Any level will be considered (higher proficiency is an advantage)
12. Additional languages are a plus

13. Additional training or certifications in accounting, finance, or administration
14. Experience in customer relationship management related to financial matters
