oversee our compliance initiatives and support key people operations across our international business.This role combines responsibility for compliance programs including SOC 2, PCI DSS, ISO 27001 readiness, policy management, audit preparation, vendor compliance reviews, and security awareness initiatives, while also supporting employee onboarding, training, documentation, and people operations processes.You will work closely with leadership, operations, technology teams, customer support teams, and external partners to ensure compliance requirements are met and internal processes technology company operate efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesCompliance & GovernanceManage and maintain compliance programs including SOC 2, PCI DSS, ISO 27001 readiness, and related initiativesCoordinate audits, evidence collection, control monitoring, and remediation activitiesAdminister compliance platforms such as Drata and maintain supporting documentationMaintain company policies, procedures, and review schedulesCoordinate vendor due diligence, security reviews, and compliance questionnairesSupport risk assessments and compliance reporting activitiesTrack compliance obligations and ensure timely completion of required actionsCoordinate security awareness and compliance training programsWork with internal teams to ensure controls are operating effectivelyServe as a key point of coordination for compliance-related projects and auditsPeople OperationsManage employee onboarding and offboarding processesCoordinate employee training, certifications, and policy acknowledgementsMaintain employee records and operational documentationSupport recruitment coordination and hiring administrationAssist managers with employee lifecycle processes and internal proceduresHelp improve internal documentation, workflows, and operational processesSupport employee engagement and communication initiativesPartner with leadership to build scalable people operations as the company growsRequirementsRequired3+ years of experience in Compliance, People Operations, HR Operations, Risk Management, Security, Operations, or a related fieldExperience supporting compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, GDPR, or similarStrong organizational and project management skillsExcellent documentation and communication abilitiesExperience coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholdersStrong attention to detail and follow-throughAbility to work independently in a remote environmentFluent written and spoken EnglishPreferredExperience with Drata, Vanta, Secureframe, or similar compliance platformsExperience supporting audits or certification programsExperience working in SaaS, technology, travel technology, fintech, or similar industriesExperience supporting distributed or international teamsExperience building and improving internal processes within growing companiesBased in Tenerife or the Canary Islands, or willing to
