How can you help us?
Support the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the SAP S/4HANA landscape to align with evolving business and technical requirements. Play a key role in ensuring system stability, integrity, and security through proactive performance tuning, upgrades, and installation planning. Collaborate across IT teams to optimize operations, manage integrations, and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
* Install, configure, monitor, and maintain SAP S/4HANA systems, including application servers, databases, and integrations.
* Analyze and optimize system performance, including memory management and workload balancing.
* Perform upgrades, enhancement packages, and SAP notes implementation with minimal business impact.
* Implement and manage SAP security, user roles, and authorization profiles according to policies.
* Handle escalated technical issues related to SAP performance, access, and errors.
* Troubleshoot incidents, application failures, and system misconfigurations.
* Monitor system health proactively, resolve failures, and document configurations and procedures.
* Collaborate with functional SAP teams, IT infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
Skills and Competencies
Background: Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related field; experience in SAP consulting/support; project management skills are a plus.
Competencies: Knowledge of SAP CALM, BTP, CPI; understanding of business processes; proficiency in English (C1+); knowledge of German or Spanish is beneficial.
Others: Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving skills; effective communication; self-motivated, responsible. Position can be based in Spain or Germany.
