- Asegurar un servicio de pos-venta rápido y productivo.
- Gestionar las incidencias/reclamaciones: escucha activa, tramitación, gestión, soluciones en tiempo y forma para cada situación.
- Gestionar los cambios/devoluciones de artículos.
