About the Role
MediaMint is hiring a driven Ad Success Representative (French) to support a leading client in the digital advertising space. This role blends client management, campaign execution, and data-driven insights—ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow relationships with client partners
* Lead regular check-ins and provide strategic recommendations
* Coordinate with Ad Operations teams for campaign execution
* Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights
* Ensure smooth workflows and timely issue resolution
* Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes
Requirements
* 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Ad Ops
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Experience with Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, Slack, Zendesk
* Knowledge of digital advertising (Programmatic, Direct IO, Self-Serve)
* Fluent in English + French (mandatory)
