Contract: Temporary (40 hours/week)
Schedule: Rotating shifts | 09:30–17:30 | 2 consecutive days off
We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our tourist complex in Puerto de la Cruz, Tenerife. The selected candidate will be part of the front office team, providing professional and friendly service to our guests.
Responsibilities
Guest service in person, by phone, and by email.
Managing check-ins and check-outs.
Handling reservations and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance.
Resolving guest issues and providing general support.
Processing payments, invoicing, and following up on outstanding balances.
Using PMS and internal tools (experience with Ubikos is a plus).
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel or holiday apartment reception.
Languages required: German and English (high level).
Previous experience with Ubikos will be valued.
Customer-oriented, professional appearance, strong communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team and in a dynamic environment.
Conditions
Temporary full-time contract (40 hours/week) with possibility of continuity.
Rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday, within 09:30–17:30.
Two consecutive days off, varying according to the weekly rota.
Immediate start.
