Key Responsibilities
- Customer service: collect data for quotations, provide information on policies, coverage and receipt status.
- Quotation and issuance of policies.
- Advise clients on available insurance options.
- Review received quotations via the quotation system, propose alternatives and issue policies.
- Manage and maintain the client portfolio: policy reviews, premium adjustments, cancellations due to claims, issuing new insurance, handling returned receipts and following up cancellation requests.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in insurance brokerage.
- Technical knowledge of the insurance sector.
- Customer orientation, organizational skills and attention to detail.
