Sunny Brokers is expanding, and we're looking for a motivated and organized Real Estate Admin / Lead Coordinator to join our growing team.
If you know the Costa del Sol real estate market and enjoy working with clients, new developments, and brokers — this role is for you.
Role Responsibilities
Manage, verify, and qualify incoming real estate leads
Assign leads to our connected brokers based on location & expertise
Follow up with clients interested in new developments & resales
Support brokers with scheduling, documentation, and CRM updates (HubSpot)
Coordinate with developers, agents, and partners
General administrative tasks to support daily operations
Requirements
Experience in Costa del Sol real estate (new developments & resales)
Good understanding of Resales Online, Inmobalia or similar portals
Strong communication skills (English and Spanish required, Swedish and other languages is a plus)
Comfortable with digital tools: CRM, property portals and others.
Own laptop (hybrid work setup)
Driver's license + own car
Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
