Overview

Job Description

The Sr. Digital Territory Sales Manager - EMEA is responsible for driving revenue growth and customer success within an assigned territory by owning and managing direct customer relationships and strategically engaging with key partners. This position combines full-cycle direct sales accountability with joint go-to-market execution to expand market coverage accelerate deal cycles and increase market share.

Responsibilities

1. Own and manage a defined territory of existing and prospective customers to achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

2. Develop a territory business plan that identifies key accounts growth opportunities and partner collaboration strategies.

3. Build and maintain strong trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders at multiple levels

4. Lead end-to-end sales cycles from qualification and discovery through proposal negotiation and close.

5. Collaborate with marketing presales and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer engagement and post-sale success.

6. Drive joint business planning and pipeline development with channel reseller and system integrator partners.

7. Enable and coach partners on company's solutions positioning and value propositions.

8. Execute co-selling motions with partners on target accounts and opportunities.

9. Provide accurate pipeline forecasting and territory reporting to leadership

10. Analyze market trends competitive landscape and customer feedback to inform strategy and identify new opportunities.

11. Operate as a trusted advisor to potential customers; develop and maintain strategic working relationships.

12. Operate as an innovative thought leader; contribute significantly to the overall growth and quality of the department through knowledge sharing and coaching on current best practices and market trends.

13. Mentor coach train and provide feedback to other team members; provide feedback to leadership on abilities of team.

Minimum Qualifications

14. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

15. Experience as a territory sales manager at a SaaS company

16. Microsoft Windows and Office proficient

17. Excellent oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with executive presence

18. Excellent organizational multi-tasking and time management skills

19. Excellent collaboration skills applied successfully within team as well as with all levels of employees in other areas

20. Excellent Microsoft Excel skills

21. Excellent leadership sound judgement and business acumen skills

22. Excellent facilitation and project management skill

23. Excellent interpersonal skills; able to maintain solid rapport with team members as well as maintain professionalism with those outside of department

24. Excellent data gathering interviewing and analytical/problem solving skills

25. Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills

26. Excellent ability to use original thinking to translate goals into the implementation of new ideas and design solutions

27. Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects to completion independently

28. Able to thrive in a fast paced deadline driven environment

29. Excellent attention to detail

30. Demonstrated ability to influence motivate and mobilize team members and business partners

31. Excellent ability to develop and use engaging informative and compelling presentation methodologies

32. Excellent ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and tact

33. Excellent ability to establish rapport and gain the trust of others; effective at gaining consensus

34. Ability to work independently and in a team environment

35. Ability to coach mentor and provide feedback to team members in a timely manner

36. Ability to provide guidance and support to developing team members

37. Excellent knowledge of systems administration

38. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems and products

39. Up to 50% travel time required
