Key Responsibilities
Oversee the
day-to-day administrative operations
of the R&D center, including office management, supplies, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.
Manage
HR-related administrative work, such as employee onboarding/offboarding, contract documentation, leave tracking, and staff welfare programs in collaboration with HQ.
Support
financial administration, including petty cash management, invoice collection, expense reimbursement coordination, and liaising with local accounting/tax partners.
Handle
external coordination
with local service providers, landlords, government offices, and business partners.
Organize
internal meetings, company events, and logistics for visits from HQ or other branches.
Ensure compliance with
local laws and corporate policies, including data protection, health & safety, and administrative reporting.
Assist in preparing
reports and documentation
as required by the global HQ and management.
Supervise junior administrative staff if applicable.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
At least
3 years of experience
in administrative or office management roles, preferably in international or R&D organizations.
Fluent in
Spanish and Mandarin
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Familiarity with Spanish
HR regulations, tax practices, and office operation standards.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office
and common office software.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a multicultural environment.
