We’re hiring a Dynatrace Implementation Engineer to contribute in the deployment, configuration, and optimization of Dynatrace solutions across complex environments.
🔧 What You’ll Do
* Define monitoring strategy and roadmap aligned with customer policies.
* Design and implement Dynatrace architectures based on infrastructure and security requirements.
* Deploy and configure Dynatrace across development, testing, and production environments.
* Integrate Dynatrace with existing systems and customize settings per application needs.
* Set up dashboards, alerts, and reports to monitor performance.
* Analyze data to detect bottlenecks and trends.
* Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with dev/ops teams.
* Optimize configurations and apply best practices.
* Stay up to date with Dynatrace features and incorporate them into the strategy.
* Document configurations and processes.
* Deliver training sessions and demos for internal teams and clients.
🎓 What We’re Looking For
* Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
* Proven experience deploying and managing Dynatrace.
* Strong background in application performance monitoring.
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
* Proficiency in scripting (Python, Shell), TypeScript, and React.
* Understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and development processes.
* Experience working with remote technical teams.
* Strong communication and executive-level presentation skills.
* Dynatrace certifications (Associate or Professional) are a plus.
