Job purpose:
As a Deal Desk & Tender Manager, you play a key role in managing complex deals and tender processes across multiple markets. Your primary focus is Germany, Austria and Switzerland, with additional responsibility for public and non-public tenders in Spain. You report directly to the Sales leadership.
What you do:
* Monitoring public and private tenders and evaluating opportunities and risks
* End-to-end ownership of tender and deal processes
* Coordination of complex tender projects, especially in the public sector
* Preparation and submission of tender documents and proposals
* Close collaboration with Sales and Key Account Management
* Ensuring quality, compliance and completeness of all documentation
* Coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners
* Support of management approval and deal review processes
* Continuous optimization of deal desk and tender processes
* Consideration of country-specific procurement requirements
What you offer:
* Commercial or technical education
* 3+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Bid or Tender Management
* Experience with public tenders and procurement processes
* Knowledge of IT, Cloud, Security or Telecommunications markets
* Strong MS Word and Excel skills
* Fluent German and professional English; Spanish is a plus
* Structured, analytical and detail-oriented working style
