Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests using ITSM tools
Troubleshoot
Windows OS

password resets, account unlocks, and basic Active Directory tasks
Support
Microsoft Office / O365 / Outlook / Teams

Assist users with
VPN, network, and connectivity
