What will you do?
* Criba curricular.
* Realización de entrevistas presencial/ telefónica
* Participación en ferias de empleo.
* Captación en empresas de formación, así como en escuelas de Turismo, Hostelería, etc,...
* Gestionar bases de datos de candidatos y realizar seguimiento de procesos de selección.
* Publicación de ofertas de empleo/ vacantes en las diferentes plataformas de captación.
* Gestión de las tareas relacionadas con las actividades del Departamento de Selección para todos los hoteles del Grupo Barceló de la isla de Lanzarote.
What are we looking for?
* Grado en Relaciones Laborales y RRHH / Derecho / Psicología
* Experiencia previa en reclutamiento a través de redes sociales, plataformas, portales de empleo y herramientas.
* Conocimiento en reclutamiento y selección
* Técnicas de Selección de personal
* Experiencia minima de 2 años
* Capacidad de Organización.
* Dominio de MS Office (especialmente MS Excel y MS Word).
* Excelente capacidad de gestión del tiempo.
* Habilidad para la priorización de tareas.
* Habilidades organizativas, de planificación y de comunicación
* Capacidad para trabajar en equipo
* Resiliencia y tolerancia a los cambios
* Orientación a resultados
* Capacidad para la solución de problemas.
* Idiomas: nivel medio/alto de inglés hablado y escrito (C1), valorable otros idiomas
* Disponibilidad para viajar
