PMI is building a smoke‑free future and has created a Customer Centric Organization (CCO) to drive our commercial transformation from B2B to B2C. The CCO team studies customer conversion journeys in international markets and designs the best ways to connect with smokers to encourage switching to reduced‑risk products.
We are looking for customer‑centric professionals with strong B2C experience who can help shape this new global function.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
As a Territory Commercial Executive you will deploy and negotiate lead‑generation programmes with POS owners and employees, and manage resellers’ certification programme. You will own training and engagement activities, launch new products, position the portfolio, ensure correct product placement, and negotiate the continuous improvement of qualitative and quantitative objectives at the point of sale. You will track KPIs and drive ongoing optimisation.
Who We’re Looking For (Mandatory Requirements)

- University degree
- English level B2 or higher (to be tested), Spanish native or near native
- Valid Spanish driving licence held for at least one year
- EU valid work permit
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, trade marketing or a marketing department
- At least 1 year of FMCG experience in B2B (desirable)
- Strong negotiation and sales target achievement skills
- Ability to build solid relationships xcskxlj with clients
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
