Our comfortable, home-based office in Girona offers a refined yet relaxed working environment, thoughtfully combined with hybrid remote work to support genuine work-life balance (typically 3 days remote, 2 days in-office).
The RoleWe're seeking an experienced, reliable, and highly organized professional with a background in administration or operations (ideally in travel) to support the operational backbone of our luxury trips.
This is a hybrid role with flexibility for full-time or part-time (approximately 75%), and an immediate start is available.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage reservations and coordinate with premium suppliers (hotels, guides, wineries, etc.) across Spain, France, Italy, and PortugalHandle administrative and operational tasks, including supplier payments, invoicing, and accurate record-keepingProvide operational support during live trips: monitoring itineraries, client follow-up via WhatsApp/email, and coordinating on-the-ground logisticsPrepare personalized travel documents and client-facing materialsSupport smooth day-to-day operations within a small, collaborative team
Who We're Looking ForProven experience in administration or operations, ideally within travel, tourism, or hospitalityFluent English (written & spoken) – essential, as all client communication is in EnglishHighly organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to remain calm under pressureComfortable working autonomously within a small collaborative teamService-driven mindset with a genuine interest in delivering exceptional client experiencesStrong advantage: experience with international clients; knowledge of French, Italian, or PortugueseBonus: a professional background that demonstrates consistency, reliability, and sound judgment
