The International Medical Communications & Content (IMCC) team is part of the Medical Enablement & Quality (MEQ) structure in the Global R&D organization. The International MCC team drives local Medical Channel Content strategy across Oncology, Primary Care, Specialty Care, and Vaccines portfolios. The team collaborates with Global & US Medical Channel Content Teams and other partners to develop and disseminate medical content through publications, congresses, digital channels, and other internal and external medical channels.
The Medical Omnichannel specialist will support the Spain MCC team in delivering end-to-end medical channel execution across therapeutic areas and Pfizer medicines to optimize engagement and reach of scientific information with healthcare professionals. This is a temporary, part-time position from Monday to Friday.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Support execution of local medical channel content strategies across Therapeutic areas.
* Assist with service requests for emailing, Canvas, and project tracking.
* Support LinkedIn posts and Medical Website updates.
* Extract and report channel metrics.
* Support the approval process for content.
* Adapt global/US content to Spain, ensuring compliance with local regulations using Adobe Express.
* Coordinate medical reviews to ensure timely approval and posting.
Basic Qualifications:
* At least 1 year of experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical sector; experience in Omnichannel preferred.
Skills & Capabilities:
* Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and projects.
* Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in Spanish and English.
* Proactive, team-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
* Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
* Ability to interpret data effectively.
