At Roche, we offer a hybrid work model that combines flexibility with in-person collaboration. Currently, employees are required to be in the office on average two days per week, with specific days varying based on business needs such as workshops, conferences, town halls, and team meetings.
The Opportunity
* Leading implementation, design, integration, and automation of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, including CyberArk & HashiCorp Vault.
* Collaborating with stakeholders to identify security requirements and develop integration plans for strategic initiatives.
* Contributing to an Agile environment by improving and automating PAM capabilities for business users and security staff.
* Mentoring and coaching junior colleagues, sharing expertise in PAM technologies.
* Managing the operational lifecycle, performance, and continuous improvement of PAM infrastructure.
* Driving troubleshooting efforts as part of 2nd and 3rd level support for critical issues.
* Staying at the forefront of security tools, recommending improvements and best practices for PAM systems.
Who You Are
* Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry-accredited certification.
* Proven hands-on experience in Privileged Access Management and Secrets Management technologies (CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault, etc.), with general knowledge in Cloud IAM (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Cloud Secrets Management.
* Strong technical skills with Linux, RestAPI, Python, PowerShell, Ansible, and Docker.
* Experience in DevOps, CI/CD methodologies, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
* Solid background in global organizations, particularly in regulated industries.
* Committed to continuous growth, engineering excellence, and proactive collaboration with a strong customer focus.
* Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
What You Get
* Salary range 18,000 - 22,000 PLN gross/month based on the employment contract (Umowa o pracę) for Poland. Compensation for other locations will be discussed in a 1:1 meeting.
