# ; Restaurant General Manager / Managing DirectorInternational Outdoor Destination – Chulilla (Valencia, Spain)We are looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead an established restaurant located in Chulilla (Valencia) – one of Europe’s most renowned climbing and hiking destinations, attracting an international clientele year-round.The business operates with a clearly seasonal model, with high activity from autumn to spring and reduced operations during summer months due to climate conditions.⸻# ; Your Responsibilities- Full operational management of the restaurant- Leadership and coordination of a team of approx. 8–10 employees- Staff scheduling and service organisation- Cost control, margins, inventory and supplier management- Purchasing and supplier negotiations- Compliance with Spanish labour, tax and hygiene regulations- Monthly operational and financial reporting to ownership- Potential future assumption of the formal Managing Director / Administrator role, subject to separate agreement and shareholders’ decision⸻# ;
Your Profile- Proven experience as Restaurant Manager / General Manager- Strong leadership and organisational skills- Solid understanding of cost control and staff management- Independent, responsible working style- Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory)- Additional languages (German, French, others) are a strong advantage- Interest in an international, outdoor-focused, seasonal environment- Willingness to work in a rural location⸻# ;
