Position: IAM Access Governance Specialist

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Access Governance Specialist to support the delivery of access governance services. The role focuses on ensuring that access to corporate systems and applications aligns with business roles, least-privilege principles, compliance requirements, and audit standards .
This position acts as a key coordination point between business stakeholders, IT, and security teams to ensure that access rights are well-defined, controlled, and auditable.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, maintain, and govern role-based access control (RBAC) matrices
* Execute periodic user access review and certification campaigns
* Coordinate and track remediation actions resulting from access reviews
* Ensure adherence to Segregation of Duties (SoD) and least privilege principles
* Provide support for internal and external audits related to access governance
* Maintain documentation and audit evidence for compliance purposes
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure access is:
* Properly defined
* Documented
* Approved
* Auditable
* Act as a liaison between business, IT, and security stakeholders

Experience & Qualifications
* Minimum Experience: 3+ years in similar roles
