Develop and launch high-performing PPC / Google Ads campaigns
Understand client objectives and provide tailored digital strategies
Drive upselling, increased ad spend, and long-term account growth
Manage a high volume of outbound interactions (calls, emails, CRM updates)Build strong relationships and position yourself as a strategic advisor
Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI and scalability
What We're Looking For ~2 years experience in sales, digital marketing, or account managementStrong understanding or interest in Google Ads / PPC / digital marketing ecosystemExperience working with clients in a target-driven environment
Ability to explain complex ideas in a clear, persuasive way
Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and accounts
Market-Specific Strengths German Market: Understanding of German business culture & decision-making
Ability to engage structured, ROI-focused clients
Awareness of GDPR and data privacy expectations
Benelux Market: Understanding of multilingual environments and stakeholder complexityAbility to manage diverse client expectations across NL/BE
