Dreams Lanzarote Playa Dorada Resort & Spa is looking for two Guest Experience Intern to join the team and support the delivery of outstanding guest experiences throughout the stay.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Guest Experience team in delivering personalized service to guests\n
- Assist in handling guest requests, incidents, and complaints, ensuring timely follow-up
\n
- Monitor guest satisfaction and collect feedback during the stay
\n
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
\n
- Support the implementation of quality and service standards
\n
- Assist in guest engagement and loyalty initiatives
\n
- Provide support in managing online reputation platforms and guest reviews
\n
Profile
\n
- Currently studying Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field\n
- Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
\n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
\n
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and dynamic environment
\n
- High level of English required; additional languages are a plus
