**Tour Delivery Manager Position**
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Tour Management Team as a Tour Delivery Manager. The successful candidate must reside in continental Spain or Portugal.

Job Summary:
The Tour Delivery Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the success of our tours by leading and managing regional tour manager teams. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing training programs, recruiting top talent, and collaborating with product teams to drive brand excellence.
Primary Functions:
* Hiring/Recruitment: Develop annual hiring strategies to source top candidates and support business growth.
* Training and Team Development: Evolve training strategies to meet individual and team needs, conduct tour prep and briefing, and provide on-the-road coaching and training.
* Performance Management: Manage team members to achieve established metrics through quality management tools, identify training opportunities, and support planning and execution of TM Collaboration Meetings.
* Support Product Design and Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with regional teams to support tour enhancements and marketing content.
* This position requires some travel (estimated 4 tours per year).
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Improve operational processes and efficiencies, support product enhancements and new product development, and develop emergency services protocols.

Requirements:
* 3-5 years of industry experience or management experience required.
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
* Ability to engage with and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
* Must be able to speak Portuguese or Spanish fluently.
