We’re partnering with an organisation undergoing a major Workday transformation and are looking for an experienced Programme Director to lead delivery.
Day Rate: Competitive (dependent on experience)
Contract: 6–12 months (extensions highly likely)
️ The Role:
You will lead a large-scale Workday programme, overseeing multiple workstreams and acting as the key point of contact for senior stakeholders.
- Own end-to-end delivery of a Workday HCM & Financials programme
- Engage with HR leadership and executive stakeholders
- Lead SI and client-side teams across multiple regions
- Drive governance, risk management, and programme performance
- Ensure delivery across timelines, budget, and scope
✅ Key Experience Required:
- Proven experience as a Programme Director on Workday HCM programmes
- Strong background in general HR transformation initiatives
- Experience managing multi-country or regional rollouts
- Ability to lead large, distributed delivery teams
- Experience across modules such as Core HCM, Talent, Recruiting, or Compensation & Financials
- Background working with leading Workday partners (e.g. Accenture, Deloitte)
- Multiple end-to-end Workday implementations
