* Responsibilities
* Understand the outlet’s concept and food and beverage offerings, and communicate them effectively to guests.
* Ensure mise en place is completed each shift and during service, including cleaning tasks and equipment maintenance.
* Operate the point of sales system to process food and beverage orders accurately.
* Upsell services and products to guests over the phone to enhance service and increase revenue.
* Handle billing and cashiering tasks according to hotel standards.
* Maintain outlet equipment and utensils in good condition through proper handling and side duties as assigned.
* Assist in stock management, including linen, beverages, trolley, and dried goods.
* Perform any other reasonable tasks assigned by the in-room dining manager.
* Check minibars in different rooms regularly.
* Create memorable moments to surprise and delight guests during their stay.
* Requirements
* Degree or Higher National Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel, or Business Management preferred.
* Experience as a server in a high-volume restaurant or five-star hotel preferred.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant or five-star hotel.
* Ability to understand guest needs and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Basic computer skills, including MS Office, preferred.
* Effective communication skills with diverse individuals.
