Institut Metròpoli is seeking to hire a mid-level technician to support the administrative and project management tasks of the PEOPLE project (Platform for Social Housing for Social Cohesion), funded by the Ministry for Digital Transformation and Public Service within the framework of digitalization for the transformation of strategic productive sectors. The project involves creating demonstrators and use cases for Data Sharing Spaces as part of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan – Next Generation EU.Mission
Provide administrative and promotional support for the project, in line with actions defined by the administration manager and project coordinators.Responsibilities
Support financial and human resources management of the project.Assist with infrastructure, logistics, communications, and project archiving.Support management, monitoring, reporting, and dissemination activities.Tasks
Assist in management and monitoring of agreements, contracts, and employment related to the project.Support financial management, progress reports, and project justification.Help draft and monitor project reports.Support organization of promotional activities such as conferences and seminars.Manage and update the project’s communication channels.Review technical processes, evaluate, document, and propose improvements.Manage infrastructure, logistics, and archiving needs.Provide administrative, technical, or project management support to the project management team.Candidate Requirements and Evaluation Criteria
High school diploma or vocational training degree, or equivalent experience.Knowledge of project management and financial management.Minimum of 1 year experience managing European and/or national projects.Strong writing and editing skills in Catalan and Spanish, with the ability to synthesize content clearly.Proficiency in IT tools:
word processors, spreadsheets, databases.Catalan language skills at C1 level;
English proficiency at a good level.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Additional Information
