Job Title: Europe Software synergy sales manager
Location: UK, France, Denmark, Poland, Spain

The Job
The individual in this role will be vital in achieving the ambitious commercial synergy objectives between ETAP Schneider Electric and between ETAP and AVEVA.
This role is responsible to support and drive sales engagement on ETAP software, within a specific region and will be focused in both direct and indirect business development activity to enable and support ETAP, Schneider Electric and Aveva sales teams and ETAP partners to position our company’s suite of software portfolios as 'best in class' to meet customer requirements through our unique value propositions, to drive acquisition of new logos for ETAP, and be the key link between sales teams (ETAP, Schneider Electric and Aveva) and ETAP partners to ensure collaboration and synergy
This position requires defining and executing multidisciplinary tasks related to synergy strategy, business intelligence, marketing, commercial policy, sales and project coordination, finance reporting, and more. Must bring a sense of commercial intensity to drive sales growth in this role.
Exceptional communication skills are crucial for engaging with various stakeholders at all levels within both ETAP, Schneider Electric and AVEVA, as well as with customers. The ideal candidate should be results-oriented, a strategic thinker, and have a proven track record in structuring approaches and delivering successful sales outcomes.
The primary KPI for this role will be the achievement of synergy orders.
The position has double reporting to the ETAP Regional Territory Director and to the Global Synergy and Partner VP.
Key Responsibilities

* Responsible for the synergy growth of the ETAP software portfolios through ETAP sales teams and partners to meet targets and kpi’s in the respective regions
* Work closely with sales teams to develop and deploy growth programs, initiatives, and wining strategies.
* Be knowledgeable with all ETAP software offerings and solutions to be seen as a subject matter expert.
* Ensure that SE sales teams and partners are fully trained and have all the relevant tools necessary to be successful in selling ETAP software.
* Launch new products and offerings into the market with close collaboration with ETAP marketing and sales teams.
* Be able to conduct market analysis to identify gaps in the market and position ETAP offerings for success.
* Responsible for the identification and implementation of strategic growth and transformation activities
* Monthly and quarterly reporting on all sales activities in the region
* Organize regular synergy meetings with regional ETAP, Schneider Electric and AVEVA teams.
* Contribute to improve the combined value propositions between ETAP, Schneider Electric and AVEVA
* Aid in upskilling ETAP, Schneider Electric and AVEVA teams regarding the combined value proposition.
* Contribute to defining and implementing effective enablement campaigns and resources.
Engagement with stakeholders in the respective regions Work closely with commercial teams in the respective regions on:
* To be the 'plug' in between Schneider Electric, ETAP sales teams and the partners
* Build and maintain a relationship of trust and collaboration between Schneider Electric and our strategic partners and at the same time driving sales engagement and accountability for results and sales growth
* Pipeline reviews to ensure the teams are maintaining a short- and medium-term focus
* Joint customer visits with sales teams to support opportunity creation
* Be seen as a trusted advisor to closing deals and collaborating with strategic partners
* Identify and remove obstacles for commercial success
* Work with regional teams on account planning
* Maintain a regular cadence with regional Schneider Electric and Aveva SPOC (Single Point of Contacts) as well as with other key stakeholders in the region including Business VP’s and Country Presidents where needed
Essential Requirements
* Power system engineering degree with good knowledge of Power automation (Scada, PPC, EMS, ..)
* Experience in process automation would be a plus.
* Min 5 to 7 years of experience in power system sales, software sales experience would be a plus.
* Experience with ETAP, ETAP Real-Time, or other power system analysis and management software would be advantageous.
* Electrical CAD design experience would be a plus.
* Deep understanding of Segments such as Utilities, Data centers, WWW, MMM, O&G will be a plus.
* Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
* Strategic thinker and commercial leadership
* Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills.
* Self-driven and results oriented.
* Comfortable working in a matrix organization and adapting to a fast-changing environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Must be able to deploy consultative selling techniques.
* Ability to communicate at a senior level in a global environment.
