Job Title: Vice President of Sales for Europe
Location: Remote, European Market
The Erasmus-Generation-Meeting is seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team as the Vice President of Sales for Europe. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the sales strategy and execution across the European market for our INFiLED screen products.
Responsibilities:
* Sales Strategy Development and Execution: Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for Europe, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
* Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and establish a competitive sales strategy.
* Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through the identification of new business opportunities and the expansion of existing customer accounts.
* Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the European sales team in Spain, France, Germany, and The Netherlands, setting clear goals and performance expectations.
* Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including major distributors, system integrators, and end-users in the AV and LED screen markets.
Requirements:
* Experience: Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior sales leadership role in the AV, LED display, or related technology industries.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
* Language: Fluency in English is required; additional European languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish) are highly desirable.
Compensation: Commission package (based on annual revenue target)
