Role Overview:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our legal team and senior executives. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing and updating schedules for partners and senior attorneys
* Handling incoming communications: screening calls, emails, and visits to ensure proper routing
* Organizing travel arrangements and coordinating logistics
* Preparing and reconciling expense reports, liaising with Finance
* Maintaining accurate and organized legal documentation and case files
* Coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate legal processes
* Assisting in the preparation of presentations and reports for client meetings and internal reviews
* Monitoring contract compliance, including payment terms and legal clauses

Requirements
* Relevant academic background (preferably in Administration, Law, or related fields)
* At least 3 years of experience in administrative roles, ideally within a legal or corporate environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Knowledge of SAP and Power BI is a plus
* Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
* Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
