Our team is growing and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are looking for new challenges. We are hiring Transfer Assistants for a receptive agency in Tenerife South Airport.
\n
As a transfer assistant you are the first person the client will meet and you should make sure everything is ready for them upon arrival. You will welcome them, provide them with all the details needed and walk with them to their transfer. Any queries they might have we should be able to solve them and help them make the most out of their holidays.

Main responsibilities

- Welcome the customers at the airport upon arrival.
\n
- Coordinate and assist transport from the airport to the hotel.
\n
- Provide the customers all the information they may need.
\n
- Report any changes / inconsistencies found to our main office.
\n
\n
Requirements
\n
- \n
- Advanced level of English and French is a must (other languages are valued).
\n
- Experience in a similar position will be valued.
\n
- Customer service oriented.
\n

- Versátil working schedule, some flights land at night.
