And we offer you the freedom to be a positive disrupter and turn big ideas into bold, industry-changing realities.For our business, for clients, and for youRole: **Accounting & Administrative Corporate officer**Role Location:**Valencia**Department: **Corporate Solutions**Level of the role:**S****enior Associate**Employment Type: **Full time Permanent****Role Overview:** We are looking for a dynamic and adaptable professional to join our team in Valencia as an **Accounting & Administrative Support Officer.** This role combines elements of internal financial operations, administrative compliance, and client accounting support. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across multiple systems and jurisdictions, supporting both internal teams and external client needs.**Key Responsibilities:****Accounting & Financial Operations*** Assist with monthly accounting operations, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and transaction tracking.* Support the migration of clients between accounting platforms (e.G., Datev, Allvue).* Review management accounts and financial statements prepared by local tax advisors.* Assist with period-end closing processes and audit requests.* Support working capital management, billing preparation, and control of debtors and creditors.* Handle invoice processing and payment runs in line with internal guidelines.* Assist with basic tax and VAT preparations, including filing declarations and tracking deadlines.**Internal Systems & Compliance*** Maintain and update internal systems (e.G., Elevate, Salesforce, Diligent, Tempo, Workday, KYCP).* Support AML, KYC, and compliance processes, including data collection, review, and updates.* Assist internal onboarding teams with documentation and information flow.* Maintain internal overviews and reports as per Group requirements.* Act as a liaison between local management and Apex Group teams for internal billing and finance matters.**Client & Team Support*** Provide support to local corporate services teams on client-related tasks.* Liaise with clients on day-to-day matters, depending on experience and communication skills.* Ensure timely and accurate completion of delegated tasks and ad hoc requests.* Support local and cross-jurisdictional management with reporting and operational needs.**Role summary:**Join our team as an Accounting & Administrative Corporate officer within Apex Corporate Solutions.
