What will you do?Manage and develop relationships with newly onboarded and existing hostsProvide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retentionOptimize account performance by improving listing quality and engagementAddress client needs proactively and offer tailored solutionsManage a pipeline of accounts and ensure consistent progress toward growth targetsTrack performance and activities using CRM tools such as SalesforceMeet or exceed outreach and engagement KPIsIdentify opportunities for account growth and process improvementsCollaborate with internal teams to enhance performance and resultsParticipate in training, development, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Candidate profile0.5–2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar client-facing rolesFluent in German (C2) and proficient in EnglishStrong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skillsProven ability to meet or exceed targets in a performance-driven environmentExcellent organizational and multitasking skillsExperience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is an advantageBackground in hospitality, property management, or similar industries is a plusProactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable mindsetHigh level of professionalism and attention to detailBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Salary - 30.000 € gross/year - Up to 3.500 € gross/year (bonus)
