Job Summary
The Social Media Manager is responsible for managing community engagement across Lifepro’s social media platforms. The role ensures timely, empathetic, and brand-aligned interactions that strengthen customer loyalty, reduce escalations, and support Chai Vision’s community-first values.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and positive community environment.
- Monitor ad comments and ensure accurate, brand-aligned responses.
- Remove spam and inappropriate content to protect brand integrity.
- Identify trends, engagement opportunities, and customer insights.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, CX, Product, and Ad Ops teams.
- Produce weekly and monthly engagement and sentiment reports.
- Support campaigns and product launches by maintaining engagement.
- Use tools such as Later, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok Business Manager for monitoring and reporting.
Qualifications
- Experience in social media management or community engagement.
- Strong written communication skills and ability to adapt tone.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsive.
- Ability to manage sensitive interactions professionally.
- Familiarity with social media management tools.
