About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to join a major Client Centricity Program within the financial services sector.
The successful candidate will define and govern the target enterprise architecture for all client-facing channels (digital & assisted), ensuring strategic alignment across business divisions including Corporate, Commercial, Payments, and Wealth.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and maintain reference architectures and roadmaps for client interaction channels (portals, APIs, mobile, e-trading, assisted digital).
* Ensure cross-divisional alignment with Client Data, Client Services, and CTO standards.
* Assess initiatives and programs for architectural compliance and coherence with the Client Centricity strategy .
* Lead architecture governance forums, representing the domain in Enterprise Architecture boards.
* Drive the adoption of shared capabilities (digital identity, access management, API gateway, UX frameworks, client analytics).
* Provide architectural oversight to regional teams, ensuring global consistency while supporting local adaptation.
* Partner with business and technology leaders to define the Client Experience vision and guide investment priorities.
Experience & Skills Required
* 12–15+ years in enterprise or solution architecture, ideally within financial services .
* Proven experience defining multi-channel strategies, reference architectures, and governance frameworks .
* Strong knowledge of client channels, front-office integration, client data models, and service design .
* Deep understanding of API-led architectures, digital identity management, and UX integration .
* Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate in global, federated environments .
* Excellent communication, strategic design, and governance leadership skills.
