We are looking for a Regional Manager responsible for our biggest hub outside of HQ in Madrid. You will work closely with the founding team to align our vision with the business goals, driving innovation and excellence.
Your responsibilities:
Taking ownership of Adam's growth by building, leading, and developing a high-performing team and ensuring we meet our goals in all countries you’ll be responsible for (Spain, Portugal, France, Mexico, Brazil as of today).
Leading the financial and strategic planning process, taking complete ownership of the P&L statement, and ensuring we make the best data-driven decisions.
Working closely with all your teams and being able to support and develop everyone from fresh Juniors to experienced Operations Managers leading the markets.
Creating streamlined procedures and scalable processes to ensure efficient business operations, boost productivity and profitability, and increase customer satisfaction.
Being a role model for the others - leading by example, building the best environment for developing the team, and growing Adam in your region.
Your skills and experience:
5+ years in a fast-paced environment of operations, consulting, audit or similar areas, combining great analytical and communication skills.
You have 3+ years of proven experience in managing a team and possess leadership qualities that enable you to motivate and mentor your team and achieve positive outcomes.
You demonstrate a highly data-driven, analytical mindset, and you can examine data to optimise your team's activities and identify patterns and trends within the data.
You’re fluent in English and at least one of the following languages - Spanish, Portuguese or French.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, easily overcoming obstacles and quickly adapting to changes.
