Business Application Manager

Purpose of the Role: The Key Account Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the key accounts within the UK. He / She must have previous skills in budget management, negotiation, product strategy, and a very strong analytical profile within the management of their current customer base. He / She must achieve the sales and financial target for the relevant customers through the implementation of the right distribution and product strategy.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Leading IT Business Application Team members on Operational tasks within the IT scope.
* Leading and providing support to internal and external users on business applications daily issues, ERP, Points of Sales (POS) Solutions and other applications.
* Collaborate on functional analysis of new requirements of business applications, ERP, Points of Sales (POS) Solutions and other applications, taking into consideration best practices and standard workflows for multinational companies of the market and the Company operations.
* Collaborate on assigned projects and its providers, when projects were outsourced, and its team members.
* Internal and external users education and guidance on best practices, procedures and IT policies.
* IT procedures and technical manuals documentation and maintenance.
* Report periodically to the IT Manager and other members of the IT team.
Minimum Requirements:
* Highly experienced in ERP’s with more than ten years working on the support, maintenance, and parameterization of the main ERP’s in the market.
* Highly experienced in Business Workflows with more than ten years working on workflows related to Finance, Logistics, Retail, Sales and Customer Service.
* Highly experienced in Retail POS Solutions with more than five years working on the support, maintenance and parameterization of a POS in a multinational market.
* At least five years of experience in Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools.
* At least five years of experience working with Windows Servers and Windows clients systems.
* High level of English, used to attend meetings, provide support and training in an international scope.
Value Added Requirements:
* Experience as SAP S4 consultant.
* Experience on Cegid Business Retail Software (Y2) as user or consultant.
* Experience on Reporting tool PowerBI as user or consultant.
* Experience as Microsoft SQL Server Data Base Administrator (DBA).
* Experience on supporting Microsoft tools and Operating Systems.
Talents: Team Working, Users guidance and education, Providers and projects management, Negotiation skills, Ability to deal with complex issues involving critical view on consultant recommendations and users requirements.
