We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our marketing initiatives in Spain. This role is ideal for someone who is excited to attract quality leads, strengthen the brand's position in Spain, improve conversions, and build long-term credibility and trust.
As the first marketing hire, you'll shape what marketing looks like at Esemtia, with opportunities to grow as the business expands. Reporting directly to the CEO, this remote role within Spain involves the following responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Marketing
o Develop and own marketing strategies and budgets to attract, engage, and convert leads across all funnel stages
o Set measurable objectives aligned with company goals
o Collaborate with sales, product, and executive teams on messaging and initiatives
o Manage multi-channel campaigns (email, digital ads, SEO, content, social media)
o Partner with sales and larger teams on lead nurturing and scoring mechanisms
2. Brand Credibility & Trust
o Refine brand positioning, value proposition, and messaging
o Increase brand awareness related to primary and early childhood education products
o Improve SEO and traffic channels, manage review profiles, and participate in industry events
o Maintain brand consistency across all channels
3. Content Strategy & Thought Leadership
o Manage website content, SEO, and UI/UX
o Create diverse content (blogs, testimonials, social media posts)
o Experiment with new content formats (videos, podcasts)
4. Performance Tracking & Optimisation
o Establish KPIs and track campaign performance
o Set up and use marketing automation tools (HubSpot, etc.)
o Analyze data and optimize strategies accordingly
o Stay current on industry trends and opportunities
What we are looking for
* Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
* 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in SaaS and B2B sectors; experience in education is a plus
* Proven ability to develop multi-channel marketing strategies
* Strong understanding of brand building and audience engagement
* Experience with CMS, Elementor, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.)
* Analytical mindset and experience managing freelancers and organizing webinars/events is a plus
